Simple, transparent terms
- $100 minimum. The referred subscription must be worth at least $100 a month.
- Payable after 60 days. Earnings become payable 60 days after the referred subscription starts. Request payouts from your dashboard.
- Subscribed means paid. A referral counts once their first plan payment goes through. Pending or failed payments don't count.
- New customers only. The business must sign up through your link and can't already be a Knockio customer.
- No self-referrals. You can't refer yourself or a business you own.
- Share honestly. No spam, coupon or deal sites, or paid ads on Knockio brand terms. Rewards from fraud or refunded payments can be reversed.

How much do I earn per referral?
20% of the referred business's subscription value for their first month, then 10% every month for the next 11 months. A Growth team of 10 users ($450 a month at the 5+ user rate) earns you $90 in month one and $45 a month after that: up to $585 over the year.
Do I need to be a Knockio customer to join?
No. The program is open to everyone. You just need a Knockio account to get your personal link and see your dashboard.
What's the minimum to qualify?
The referred business needs a subscription value of at least $100 a month. For example, 2 Growth users ($120), 3 Organize users ($105) or 4 Prospect users ($100) all qualify.
When does a referral count as subscribed?
When their first plan payment goes through. It stays that way in your dashboard even if they later cancel or downgrade. A payment that's pending or failed doesn't count.
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings become payable 60 days after the referred subscription starts. Once your balance is ready, you request a payout directly from your Referrals dashboard in Knockio.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. Every qualifying business you refer adds its own 12 months of rewards.
